Pills Reminder is a comprehensive medication reminder application designed to help users manage their medications effectively, improve adherence rates, and maintain better health outcomes through intuitive design and smart features .The app addresses the critical challenge of medication non-adherence, which affects millions of people worldwide and leads to preventable health complications.
Challenge
Users managing multiple medications with different schedules find it overwhelming to track when to take each medication. Without proper tracking, users can't monitor their adherence or identify patterns in missed doses. In UAE, we see diverse patient populations - expatriates, tourists, and locals. Language barriers and health literacy gaps lead to medication non-adherence. Many patients, especially elderly Emiratis managing diabetes and hypertension, struggle with complex medication schedules. We need multilingual solutions that work across Arabic and English seamlessly."
