Heaven Stay approached me to redesign their hotel booking platform, which was suffering from low conversion rates and poor user satisfaction scores. The existing platform was cluttered, confusing, and failed to communicate the brand's core promise of peaceful, nature-inspired accommodations.

How might we create a booking experience that not only simplifies the reservation process but also evokes the sense of tranquility and natural beauty that Heaven Stay properties offer? also -We're losing customers because our platform doesn't reflect the peaceful, premium experience we offer at our properties. The disconnect is hurting our brand.

Outcome

From a business perspective, the redesign delivered strong measurable impact, including a $3.2M increase in annual revenue, a 35% reduction in customer acquisition cost, a 68% improvement in brand perception, and a 12% growth in market share. User experience outcomes were equally strong, with a 94% task completion rate, an average satisfaction score of 4.7 out of 5, and 89% of users stating they would recommend the platform to others. Mobile performance also improved significantly, resulting in a 78% increase in mobile bookings.
