As MYC grows, administrators are required to manage increasing numbers of users, events, and transactions. Without a well-structured dashboard, critical data becomes difficult to interpret, forcing admins to rely on multiple screens and manual checks. This results in inefficient workflows, delayed insights, and a higher risk of missing important trends or issues within the platform.
The challenge was to design an admin dashboard that converts complex data into simple, scannable insights, enabling faster monitoring, better control, and confident decision-making.
